The CAA Foundation is heading into its third year supporting Habitat’s Music Row Build in 2026. CAA also has provided artistic and layout direction for Habitat’s Annual Report the previous two years. Past Music Row Build supporters WME, UTA and the Neal Agency continue to build with Habitat to create more stability and opportunity through homeownership.
Recent donors Music Veteran Ree Guyer and the Taylor Swift Foundation have made significant donations to create seed money for the Music Row Build’s latest initiative a Musicians’ Village, according to Penny Gattis, partner at Eclipse Music Group and chair of the Music Row Build committee. Through multiple fundraising events over the past several years enough money was raised to purchase land in Goodlettsville for the first four homes of the Musicians’ Village.
