Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville makes homeownership possible across Davidson, Wilson, Dickson, Cheatham and Robertson counties, offering 0% APR mortgage loans to those who qualify.

Applications will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, and will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, June 12. Applications are for one home to be built in Cedar Hill, TN (Robertson County).
Eligibility
To qualify for Habitat homeownership, eligible applicants demonstrate an ability to make a monthly mortgage payment, have a household income within program limits, and a willingness to participate in the Habitat program.
