Home #1 — Dickson County

  • Convenient Location – minutes from downtown Dickson
  • Approximately one hour drive to Nashville
  • House will be located across the street from 105 Melrose Dr.
  • Construction will begin in spring 2027 with estimated completion and move-in by fall 2027.

Payment of approximately $1,030/month*

Income Limits and Criteria

Applicants must meet the full eligibility criteria (click green button below) for these homes, including:

  • Minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with no credit score will be given opportunity to prove credit worthiness through alternative methods (rent and other bill payment histories).
  • Savings. Ability to save $2,000 for closing costs within 6-9 months.
  • Annual income limits as shown in chart below.
  • Self-employment will not be included in the minimum income required to qualify for the Habitat mortgage during the August 2026 application round due to the funding sources. It is important to read all eligibility requirements prior to applying as this could change in the future.
