  • Home to be built on Lisa Lane at the intersection of Valley View Drive, Joelton, TN 37080
  • Construction will begin in fall 2024 with estimated completion and move-in by spring 2025

  • Minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with no credit score will be given opportunity to prove credit worthiness through alternative methods (rent and other payment histories).
  • Annual Income Limits* as shown below:
