JOB SUMMARY: 

The ReStore Corporate Donations and Deconstruction Manager works under the direction of the ReStore Director of Corporate Donations and Deconstruction to achieve the goals of the function. This position supports the acquisition of sellable donations from corporate ReStore donors through building and maintaining corporate donor relationships and assisting with retrieving the items and delivering them to the respective ReStore. This position l also participates in evaluating, scheduling and conducting Deconstructs, including client interface as well as the removal, pickup and delivery of sellable Deconstruct items for sale in the ReStores.  Assists in maintaining accurate record keeping. Adheres to safe driving practices and safe lifting practices in loading and unloading of donations. The person in this position is required to have knowledge of home remodeling techniques and tools, strong customer service and communication skills, and a positive attitude. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:  

Corporate Donations 

  • Be familiar with corporate donor contacts, including their donation history and preferences 
  • Support the acquisition and ReStore drop off of ReStore corporate donations 
  • Provide efficient professional service to ReStore corporate donors 
  • Assist in maintaining ReStore corporate donor records using Salesforce  

Deconstruction 

  • Assist in all aspects of deconstructions and offsite donations 
  • Provides guidance to volunteers and contractor laborers at off-site location as needed and as directed by ReStore Director of Corporate Donations and Deconstruction 
  • Understands safety guidelines and ensures they are followed by staff, volunteers and contract laborers 
  • Operate agency vehicles in compliance with TDOT and OSHA regulationsÂ
