Applications will open online at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 28, and will close at 5 p.m., Tuesday, February 11 for new homes to be built in Nashville's Park Preserve community.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville makes homeownership possible across Davidson, Wilson, Dickson, Cheatham and Robertson counties, offering 0% APR mortgage loans to those who qualify.

Eligibility

To qualify for Habitat homeownership, eligible applicants demonstrate an ability to make a monthly mortgage payment, have a household income within program limits, and a willingness to participate in the Habitat program.

Learn more about our newest community Village by the Creek!

Habitat sponsors, volunteers, and homeowners started construction on Habitat's newest single family neighborhood, Village by the Creek, in the fall of 2022. The community will feature 58 two- and three- bedroom homes in North Nashville when completed.
