Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville makes homeownership possible across Davidson, Wilson, Dickson, Cheatham and Robertson counties, offering 0% APR mortgage loans to those who qualify.
How to Apply
Application periods are opened periodically online. Potential applicants are encouraged to learn more about the qualifications and homeownership program.
Eligibility
To qualify for Habitat homeownership, eligible applicants demonstrate an ability to make a monthly mortgage payment, have a household income within program limits, and a willingness to participate in the Habitat program.
