Eligibility
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville makes homeownership possible across Davidson, Wilson, Dickson, Cheatham and Robertson counties, offering 0% APR mortgage loans to those who qualify.
Eligible applicants demonstrate an ability to make a monthly mortgage payment, have a household income within program limits, and a willingness to participate in the Habitat program.

Apply for a Home at Village by the Creek!
Applications will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and will close on Tuesday, May 28 at 5 p.m.

Habitat sponsors, volunteers, and homeowners started construction on Habitat's newest single family neighborhood, Village by the Creek, in the fall of 2022. The community will feature 58 three- and four-bedroom homes in North Nashville when completed.
