Applicants must meet the full eligibility criteria (click orange button below) for this home, including:

  • Minimum credit score of 600. Applicants with no credit score will be given opportunity to prove credit worthiness through alternative methods (rent and other payment histories).
  • Savings. Ability to save $2,000 for closing costs within 6-9 months.
  • Household sizes of 6 or less
  • Annual income limits. The income limits shown in the chart below are from the June 2026 application round. Income limits and eligibility criteria can change in the future.

  • Self-employment income will not be included in the minimum income required to qualify for the Habitat mortgage during the June 2026 application round due to the funding sources. It is important to read all eligibility requirements prior to applying as this could change in the future.
