JOB SUMMARY: Working in collaboration with and in support of the Senior Vice President of Philanthropy, Faith Relations and Mission Integration Director, and Director of Regional Operations, this individual will be responsible for contributing to the maximization of the Sponsor and Donor experiences in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville (HFHGN). The Sponsor Relations Manager will assume the lead in coordinating the Sponsor’s involvement with HFHGN prior to, during and after the build, to maximize the Sponsor’s Habitat experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

SPONSOR FULFILLMENT

• Implement and deliver all aspects of the “Habitat Experience” for sponsors and donors in all 5 counties serviced by HFHGN.
• Point person for the submission, receipt, distribution and tracking of Build Sponsor Agreements.
• Schedule and lead Pre and Post build meetings with build sponsors.
• Track volunteer numbers for all sponsors at least 3 – 4 weeks prior to designated build experiences to ensure agency properly supports them in recruitment and construction has on target working numbers to prepare for the week’s tasks.
• Create summary report from post build meetings as an evaluation of the build season.
• Work with recurring sponsors to finalize their commitments for future builds.
• Responsible for the seasonal updates to the “Build Coordinator Guide” and updated build site parking maps.
• Coordinate with Marketing for the production of Sponsor montages and plaques and the delivery of them to appropriate Development Officers for presentation to sponsors.
• Assist with home dedications and other events as needed
• Other duties as assigned

BUILD SITE
• Responsible for scheduling Build Site Support to help welcome and direct volunteers utilizing agency staff and Community Advisory Councils
• Participate at the build site to welcome and integrate sponsors and volunteers.
• Serve as alternate on build site Volunteer Relations Manager as needed
ADMINISTRATIVE
• Serves as the scanner of funds once received by the agency and the distribution of scanned reports.
• Make time for special assignments and requests, which benefit HFHGN objectives even when such projects require additional effort beyond standard working hours.
• Participate in the Annual Review Process.
• Participate in and support agency activities as requested by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
• The ability to work well independently on several projects concurrently, and possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• The ability to carry out computer related skills, utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• Responsible for engaging with sponsors across a 5-county radius.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record for insurance purposes
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree preferred; extensive work experience may be a substitute.
• Prior work experience in marketing, development, special events, communications and/or project planning required; 3-5 years related experience strongly preferred.
• Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point is required; ability to quickly grasp the Salesforce.com customer database program will be essential.
• Ability to bring energy, creativity and community relations expertise that will make a substantial positive impact on Habitat’s Sponsors and Donors while enhancing the image and positive relationships of Habitat.

TIME REQUIREMENTS:
This position is 40+ hours per week. The ability and willingness to work both Saturday and Sunday when required in this role, given the build schedule and the need to be on site there to deliver the Habitat experience. Satisfactory attendance is required.
