There is a Hebrew word and concept called Tikkun olam, which is defined by the responsibility we have to repair the world by acts of kindness for others, especially those at a disadvantage. If we don’t help others, who will?

As women I think we are innately programmed to worry and my advice is to only worry about things that you have control over.
