NASHVILLE/DAVIDSON APPLICATIONS
Applications for Partnership will be accepted June 1-9, including Saturday, June 3, from noon until 2 p.m. for homes to be built in 2018 in Park Preserve. Click here to download a printable flyer for more information and specific criteria. For directions to Park Preserve, click here.  Applications should be dropped off at the Habitat office, 2950 Kraft Drive, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37204, or mailed and postmarked no later than June 9.

CHEATHAM APPLICATIONS
Applications for Partnership are currently being accepted for the 2018 home build in Cheatham County. Exact location of the home has not been determined but may be in the Ashland City area.  Please call (615) 254-4663 to sign up for an Information Meeting to learn more.  Meetings are available in the Nashville and Dickson offices. Applications should be dropped off or mailed to the Nashville office at 2950 Kraft Drive, Suite 100, Nashville, TN  37204 and are no longer be accepted in the Cheatham office.

 

DICKSON APPLICATIONS 
Applications for Partnership are currently being accepted for 2018 home builds in the city of Dickson. Please call (615) 254-4663 to sign up for an Information Meeting to learn more.  Meetings are available in the Nashville and Dickson offices. Applications should be dropped off or mailed to the Nashville office at 2950 Kraft Drive, Suite 100, Nashville, TN  37204 and will no longer be accepted in the Dickson office after May 2017.

 

WILSON APPLICATIONS
Applications for Partnership are currently being accepted for 2017 and 2018 home builds in Lebanon. Please call (615) 453-4539 to sign up for an Information Meeting to learn more. Meetings are held at the Lebanon office.

 

 

*Applications may close at any time if enough applicants have been approved for upcoming homes.

2. To ensure that applications are currently being accepted in your area, check Habitat's website (above) or call 615-964-6666 (press 202 when prompted). If known, the locations of homes available within each county will be noted on the website and the information line as well as discussed at current Information Meetings. This information is subject to change and exact home location is never guaranteed upon application submission. 

 

3. Complete and return an application available at our offices or on our website, or call us to request a mailed application. The application cannot be filled out online at this time.
