NASHVILLE/DAVIDSON APPLICATIONS

Applications are NOT being accepted for Nashville/Davidson County homes. Please check this website in May regarding future application submission dates. We anticipate that applications will be accepted in late summer/early fall of 2017.

WILSON APPLICATIONS
Applications are currently being accepted for 2017 home builds in Lebanon. Please contact our office at ( 615) 453-4539 to sign up for an information Meeting.

 

DICKSON APPLICATIONS Applications for Partnership may be submitted March 1 – April 21, 2017.  Please contact our office (615) 441-9967 to sign up for an Information Meeting.
 

CHEATHAM APPLICATIONS
Applications for Partnership may be submitted February 28 – April 18, 2017.  Please contact our office (615) 441-9967 to sign up for an Information Meeting. Cheatham’s office hours are limited. Please call for an appointment if you wish to drop off your application at the Cheatham office, or you may mail it to the Dickson office.  See the first page of your Application for Partnership for addresses to each office.

Get Started!

1. Attend an Information Meeting!  This is highly recommended before submitting an application.  Call the office in your county for dates and times. Click HERE for contact information.

 

2. Check Habitat's website or call to ensure that applications are currently being accepted in your area (see above). 

 

3. Complete and return an application available at our offices or on our website, or call us to request a mailed application. The application cannot be filled out online at this time. Please use the link below to download and print the application. Also, please see Frequently Asked Questions about submitting the application.

* If you do not qualify, we will tell you why and identify resources that can help you become qualified, or assist with your current needs. Many homeowners applied more than once and succeeded after using these resources!

The Financial Empowerment Center offers free 1-on-1 confidential meetings with financial coaches to help Davidson County residents manage bills, deal with debt collectors, improve credit and save for the future!
